Working Principle
The YA (YAQ) Series Circular Vibrating Screen leverages centrifugal force generated by both shaft and block eccentric masses. This dynamic force propels the screen box in a sophisticated circular motion with a 20° inclined screen surface. As the screen box vibrates along its circular path, materials on the screen surface are rhythmically projected upwards and fall back, progressing forward simultaneously. Particles smaller than the screen openings seamlessly pass through the mesh, being efficiently separated, while larger particles advance towards the discharge end for removal.
