Working Principle
The YA (YAQ) Series Circular Vibrating Screen expertly harnesses centrifugal force generated by both shaft and block eccentric masses. This dynamic force propels the screen box into a circular motion with a 20° inclined screen surface. As the screen box vibrates in a circular path, materials on the screen surface are elevated and fall repeatedly while advancing forward. Particles smaller than the screen openings seamlessly pass through the mesh, achieving separation, while larger particles progress toward the discharge end for efficient removal.
