Overview of Our Hydrocyclone

Our hydrocyclone unit is an advanced solution for integrated tailings recovery.

With higher capacity than traditional machines, it processes wastewater from sand washers and dewatering screens.

The hydrocyclone separates fine sand, returning it to the dewatering screen for blending with finished sand, while wastewater is discharged to a sedimentation tank.

The system allows precise adjustment of fine sand ratios, enabling effective control of sand gradation and ensuring stable product quality for mining, quarrying, and aggregate operations.

Working Principle of Hydrocyclone Cluster/Packs

Each hydrocyclone within the cluster operates on the principle of centrifugal separation:

Slurry is fed tangentially into the cyclone body at high velocity.
Centrifugal force causes heavier particles to move toward the outer wall and spiral down through the underflow outlet.
Lighter particles and water spiral upward and exit through the overflow outlet.
In a cluster, multiple hydrocyclones work simultaneously to process high volumes, either independently or with shared feed and discharge systems.
The system offers continuous, high-throughput operation with efficient classification or dewatering.
