Working Principle

The YA (YAQ) Series Circular Vibrating Screen operates through centrifugal force generated by both the shaft and block eccentric masses.

This force drives the screen box into a circular motion, with the screen surface inclined at an angle of 20°.

As the screen box vibrates in a circular trajectory, materials on the screen surface are repeatedly thrown upward and fall back down, while moving forward at the same time.

Particles smaller than the screen openings pass through the mesh and are separated, while larger particles move toward the discharge end for removal.
