The HXCS Series Spring Cone Crusher boasts a high-performance design, founded on laminated crushing theory for a "more crushing, less grinding" approach.
It integrates high swing frequency, an optimized crushing chamber design, and consistent stroke capabilities.

Working Principle
When the spring cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve through a transmission system. The moving cone (mantle) is forced to swing and rotate under the action of the eccentric sleeve.
When the moving cone approaches the fixed cone (concave liner), they form a crushing chamber, where the material is repeatedly compressed and crushed between the cones.
Once the crushed material reaches the desired particle size, and the moving cone swings away from the fixed cone, the material will fall under gravity and be discharged from the bottom of the cone.
The spring mechanism acts as a safety system; if uncrushable material (like iron) enters, the spring compresses and allows the moving cone to retreat slightly, preventing damage.
