Working Principle of Our Belt Feeder

The HXGP Belt Feeder feeds bulk materials by channeling them from the hopper through the gate onto a reinforced, flame-retardant skirted conveyor belt. The hopper relieves excess bin pressure, while impact rollers and baffles support the flow of material. A drive system powers the belt via the head drum, with speed precisely regulated by a variable-frequency motor.
