The Working Principle Behind HXGP Series High-Capacity Belt Feeders

The HXGP Series Belt Feeder operates by discharging material from the hopper and gate onto a specialized, skirted conveyor belt featuring wear-resistant, anti-tear, impact-resistant, and flame-retardant properties.

The heavy bin pressure is relieved by the hopper, while baffles and closely spaced impact rollers support the material load.

Driven by the head pulley and controlled through a variable-frequency motor, the belt operates at set speeds to achieve continuous and uniform feeding.
