Working Principle
The YA (YAQ) Series Circular Vibrating Screen operates by harnessing the centrifugal force produced by both shaft and block eccentric masses. This dynamic force propels the screen box into a rhythmic circular motion, with the screen surface set at a precise 20° angle. As the screen box oscillates in this circular pattern, materials on the surface are continuously tossed upward and fall back with grace, all while advancing forward. This allows particles smaller than the screen openings to effortlessly pass through the mesh for separation, while larger particles elegantly make their way toward the discharge end for removal.
