Working Principle
The YA (YAQ) Series Circular Vibrating Screen functions through centrifugal force generated by both shaft and block eccentric masses. This dynamic force propels the screen box into a circular motion, set at a strategic angle of 20°. As the screen box vibrates along this circular trajectory, materials on the screen surface are continually tossed upward and descent, while simultaneously advancing forward. Particles smaller than the screen openings seamlessly pass through the mesh, effectively separating them, while larger particles are directed towards the discharge end for efficient removal.
