Working Principle of a Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher
The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher operates on the principle of intergranular lamination crushing.
Driven by a motor, the transmission shaft rotates the eccentric bushing, causing the main shaft and the crushing cone to oscillate under a stable and regulated motion. This oscillating motion generates a compressive crushing force between the mantle and concave, breaking the material by repeated extrusion and bending.
The hydraulic system plays a key role in overload protection, chamber cleaning, and discharge port adjustment. When uncrushable materials enter the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder automatically releases pressure to prevent damage and restores it once the blockage is cleared.
