Our all-in-one fine sand recovery system combines a hydrocyclone unit, dewatering screen, and slurry pump on a skid-mounted structure for easy installation and operation.

Widely used in sand processing, mining, aggregate production, coal washing, and mineral separation, it ensures maximum recovery of fine particles and effective moisture removal—boosting yield, reducing waste, and delivering cleaner, drier material.

Working Principle

Sand-water slurry enters the screen box; coarse & medium sand are dewatered directly.
Fine particles overflow into the water tank and are pumped to the hydrocyclone.
The hydrocyclone separates fine sand, which is discharged onto the screen surface.
Coarse and fine sand jointly dewater; wastewater is uniformly discharged.
