Introduction of HXPJ Jaw Crusher
Engineered for reliability and performance, the HXPJ Series Jaw Crusher delivers robust primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing for ores and rocks with compressive strengths from 147 MPa to 320 MPa, making it one of the most widely used crushers in mining, construction, aggregate, chemicals, power generation, and transportation industries.
Working Principle of HXPJ Series Jaw Crusher
It operates as follows:
1. The motor drives the belt and pulley, rotating the eccentric shaft.
2. The eccentric shaft moves the moving jaw (swing jaw) up and down.
3. When the moving jaw moves downward, the angle between the fixed jaw and the moving jaw decreases, and the material is crushed through compression.
4. When the moving jaw moves upward, the angle increases, and the moving jaw pulls away from the fixed jaw under the force of the toggle plate and spring, allowing the crushed material to be discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber.
