Working Principle
The YA (YAQ) Series Circular Vibrating Screen functions through centrifugal force generated by both shaft and block eccentric masses. This centrifugal force sets the screen box into a circular motion, with the screen surface inclined at a 20° angle. As the screen box vibrates circularly, materials on the screen surface are repeatedly propelled upward and fall back down, advancing forward simultaneously. Particles smaller than the screen openings pass through the mesh, achieving separation, while larger particles progress toward the discharge end for efficient removal.
