Working Principle
The YA (YAQ) Series Circular Vibrating Screen utilizes the centrifugal force produced by both shaft and block eccentric masses to propel the screen box into a dynamic circular motion. With the screen surface inclined at a 20° angle, the screen box vibrates in a circular trajectory, repeatedly tossing materials upward and allowing them to descend while advancing. Particles smaller than the screen openings seamlessly pass through the mesh and are effectively separated, while larger particles proceed towards the discharge end for removal.
