Working Principle
The YA (YAQ) Series Circular Vibrating Screen functions via centrifugal force generated from both shaft and block eccentric masses. This force induces circular motion of the screen box, positioned at a 20° inclination. As it vibrates in a circular path, materials are consistently tossed upward and settle back while progressing forward. Smaller particles seamlessly pass through the mesh, whereas larger particles traverse toward the discharge end for efficient removal.
