Working Principle
The YA (YAQ) Series Circular Vibrating Screen generates centrifugal force via combined shaft and block eccentric masses. This drives the screen box in a circular motion, inclined at a 20° angle. As the box vibrates in a circular path, materials on the screen are continuously propelled upward and forward. Smaller particles pass through the mesh for separation, while larger ones advance towards the discharge end for expulsion.
