Working Principle
The YA (YAQ) Series Circular Vibrating Screen employs centrifugal force generated by both shaft and block eccentric masses. This force propels the screen box into a precise circular motion, with the screen surface inclined at a precise 20° angle. As the screen box vibrates along this circular path, materials on its surface are repeatedly lifted and fall, advancing progressively. Particles smaller than the screen openings seamlessly pass through the mesh for separation, while larger particles gracefully proceed to the discharge end for efficient removal.
