Working Principle
The YA (YAQ) Series Circular Vibrating Screen employs centrifugal force generated by both shaft and block eccentric masses, propelling the screen box into a dynamic circular motion. With the screen surface uniquely inclined at 20°, materials on the screen surface are lifted and dropped in a repetitive motion while advancing forward. This allows particles smaller than the screen openings to pass through the mesh effortlessly, separating them effectively. Meanwhile, larger particles are efficiently directed toward the discharge end for removal, ensuring a streamlined operation.
